Hello!
Wanted to ask, were you planning a mechanic to spend supplies while traveling, or are they a recourse to spend in bad outcomes?
A version of that might be that the progress outcomes for Travel Across The Skies are all reduced by 1 if you don't spend 1 Supplies on the roll.
