This update make status effects do stuff! And also fixes the creature loading bug! Alas the "renaming things glitches your creature's genome" is still there.

It appears using any item crashes the game.
Whats funny is I fixed that crash during dev last night and then totally re-introduced it five minutes before pushing the build. Uploading a new version now that fixes it again.
