Crafting Update Fixes and PC Recoloring

This update fixes a bunch of issues with using various skills in Echo Down. Both crafting and weapon use should be more stable, causing less crashes.

Player characters can now be recoloured.

Slimes now produce smaller slimes when killed.

NPCs will gather in and around furnished buildings.

NPCs should join or leave your town to try and maintain a population of around 12.

Added art for crafting resources.
