Version 2.3

Hey punks!

There's been a bunch of new people picking up the game in the last couple of weeks so in the spirit of helping them out I'm dropping a small update, version 2.3, that makes the procedures for getting started a bit easier to understand and gives the crew just a little bit more forward push into adventure as well as updating the descriptions of the Scrap and Scramble actions to make them a bit clearer.
